My mother has been housebound for over a week now as Fittleworth not delivering everything prescribed. This has been an ongoing issue since April! The customer service is appalling and they always blame the GP which from all negative reviews on here and on NHS site this is same excuse they are giving to everyone so this seems fully fabricated by Fittleworth as not all GP’s throughout the UK can be making same mistakes! The customer service is appalling and they always blame the GP which from all negative reviews on here and on NHS site this is same excuse they are giving to everyone so this seems fully fabricated by Fittleworth as not all GP’s throughout the UK can be making same mistakes! Have now contacted medical ombudsman who has said there are multiple complaints and they are investigating this specific issue with my mother with Fittleworth. Fittleworth don’t seem to understand that things ordered for patients are medical supplies that are vital to everyday living and how messing up orders is affecting people dramatically both physically and mentally. I would recommend more people contact the ombudsman as the more affected people that raise this matter then the greater this will be so that Fittleworth have to start acting on what they are paid to do.
