Since introducing a new IT system the service provided by Fittleworth is appalling. Your call handlers are efficient, friendly and polite but my last few orders have had crucial items missing. When speaking to the call handlers I am advised that the new system is unexplainedly dropping items from placed orders. This needs sorted urgently.

We know that this closure period has had an impact to level of service you receive.
