Excellent service from Fittleworth, let down by DPD who did not follow the agreed instructions. Parcel left at front door instead of the safe place advised to Fittleworth, and which they confirm with each order. DHS, the former delivery company used by Fittleworth for my deliveries, always followed the instructions. Damage possible if parcel left in the open! Not good enough communication between Fittleworth and DPD?
