Review for Fittleworth by Cristina

I had a conversation today with a very kind gentleman working for this company his name was Emanuel i think. Long story short , my gp and my chemist were sending me back and forth, for two weeks regarding a prescription and at last my chemist told me to call fitlleworth as they have my prescription. So i did and i called, Emanuel politely explained that they do have my prescription but i will need another one as they send out first order without prescription so they will keep this one for my first order, so hearing that i will need to go again through my gp and so on i kind of snapped and started to cry, and i think he understood that i was desperate at that point and offered to call the gp on my behalf and solved the whole thing. And i am honestly impressed because he didn’t had to do all that and yet he went above and beyond to help me. Genuinely kind, empathic human besides a great professional.
