I’ve been having problems getting my prescription from the doctors surgery.Got in touch with a lady called Lucy on messenger and after a couple of messages and some correspondence with my doctors ,my stoma bags and hernia belt are hopefully on there way. She was so helpful and understanding. She even got me an emergency supply of bags sent until it was sorted. Fabulous service.
