Like previous reviewers I have experienced first class service and civility from the Company. The fly in the ointment has been the delivery system. The delivery Company, DPD, have twice left the package outside in the rain in spite of my being in the house at the time of delivery. I informed Fittleworth who informed me they are dealing with the issue.
