Placed order middle of September for delivery at end of month. The delivery was put back to 4 October then another email yesterday saying that delivery was put back to 11 October this being due to the prescription not being received from surgery and would I contact surgery to see what was happening. Also if I needed emergency supplies to contact Fittleworth. As my supplies were very low I contacted Fittleworth today to get an emergency supply. The person I spoke to said that they did not have any of my pouches in stock and that I would have to see my doctor to get another prescription for a different product . How can a medical supply service run out of products and why did the email from you say that you have not received the prescription and asking me to contact the surgery.? I was told that you could not supply any emergency products without A prescription. I will see if I can contact my doctor but I don't hold out much hope of him knowing what different products I can use. I am very upset aboutthis.
