until this reorder was placed with Fittleworth last August 8th I would have always rated them with 4 or 5 stars in all categories. But, something has gone severely wrong this time resulting in my very low evaluation. It wil continue to decline if the latest promise, ('your order should be delivered the week of Sept. 18th'), is broken again and, worst of all, nobody tells me!
