Iv ordered my husbands Stoma needs frm Fittleworth since 2019, thers always a friendly voice at the end of the phone 2 take the order, the dwn side is the repeat prescription goes to my dr's who then need 2 send an email bk 2 Fittleworth before the order can be sent out, thats bad enough but my prescription clark has ALWAYS insisted that i have 2 write EVERYTHING dwn iv ordered for john, take
Iv ordered my husbands Stoma needs frm Fittleworth since 2019, thers always a friendly voice at the end of the phone 2 take the order, the dwn side is the repeat prescription goes to my dr's who then need 2 send an email bk 2 Fittleworth before the order can be sent out, thats bad enough but my prescription clark has ALWAYS insisted that i have 2 write EVERYTHING dwn iv ordered for john, take the order dwn 2 the dr's surgery hand it in so the clark can then send the email 4 the order im 73yrs old, dnt drive & walk over a mile in all weathers 2 get it dne, & now Fittlworth have started using a new courier service, DPD twice iv had 2 open the parcell on delivery as ther so squashed & damaged luckly the contents have bn perfect, 100 better when they used ther own people 4 deliverys!
