After a shaky start 2 years ago, things improved until a few months ago. My items started being sent out in 2 different parcels. As only one was delivered I had to call them to check they'd received the correct prescription. They had. This has happened for about the last three months. Always sorted out by whoever I spoke to on the phone so all good, but a bit worrying when you plan deliveries so
