Had to switch suppliers, too much stress and time wasted chasing up orders everytime for weeks and hoping something turns up before I run out of supplies. They blame GP but when I chase up GP after a few weeks they check and say haven't received prescription request. They are impossible to get through to on the phone and emails take days for a response The company I switched to have the prescription back from

Had to switch suppliers, too much stress and time wasted chasing up orders everytime for weeks and hoping something turns up before I run out of supplies. They blame GP but when I chase up GP after a few weeks they check and say haven't received prescription request. They are impossible to get through to on the phone and emails take days for a response The company I switched to have the prescription back from gp within 24 hours or my request and i can reach them on the phone instantly. The people I speak to at Fittleworth are very nice and friendly but as a company I couldn’t recommend them.
