I have been using Fittleworth since January 2023. Until May/June this year I would have given 5stars across the board. Over the last three months it takes a lot longer to get through by phone, I have had one order that completely dissappeared from their system but they found my call placing it on their phone logs, there have recently been a lot of issues with items out of stock, company agents do not ring

I have been using Fittleworth since January 2023. Until May/June this year I would have given 5stars across the board. Over the last three months it takes a lot longer to get through by phone, I have had one order that completely dissappeared from their system but they found my call placing it on their phone logs, there have recently been a lot of issues with items out of stock, company agents do not ring you back when they promise to. Overall standards have certainly deteriorated.
