I have been a customer of Fittleworth for years. There has been a big change in their company in the past few months and the service fails me, the customer badly. It was working despite issues post pandemic, affecting all companies. Recent changes make it more difficult for me to place repeat monthly orders. Items missed off my orders due to staff errors are not delivered for 3 weeks and require me to phone 2x
I have been a customer of Fittleworth for years. There has been a big change in their company in the past few months and the service fails me, the customer badly. It was working despite issues post pandemic, affecting all companies. Recent changes make it more difficult for me to place repeat monthly orders. Items missed off my orders due to staff errors are not delivered for 3 weeks and require me to phone 2x to chase. This results in my monthly order reminder being shifted to the delivery date of this missing item etc etc. The new call centre staff are very friendly but not experienced, make it clear they don’t like the antiquated website either, have added to the errors. Have failed to escalate my requests for concerns over issues re product quality control and where I have requested feedback on two occasions. I am reluctantly now looking for another supplier to fulfil my prescriptions.
