Unfortunately I have had reliability issues with my last two orders, the first of which needed me to ask for an emergency supply of bags from a hospital in Cornwall. My order with Fittleworths had been cancelled without out my knowledge due to lack of stock!! My recent order was ‘lost’ in the system, again I was low on stock, we all know how scary that can be, and only the prompt and very efficient

My order with Fittleworths had been cancelled without out my knowledge due to lack of stock!! My recent order was ‘lost’ in the system, again I was low on stock, we all know how scary that can be, and only the prompt and very efficient intervention by Tiffany Sayers saved a similar situation occurring once again, she handled the issue superbly well, kept me informed and ensured I was able to collect my order the next day from a Fittleworth depot. The service used to be reliable, but sadly I now find it all very worrying.
