Review for Fittleworth by Robert

Unfortunately I have had reliability issues with my last two orders, the first of which needed me to ask for an emergency supply of bags from a hospital in Cornwall. My order with Fittleworths had been cancelled without out my knowledge due to lack of stock!! My recent order was ‘lost’ in the system, again I was low on stock, we all know how scary that can be, and only the prompt and very efficient intervention by Tiffany Sayers saved a similar situation occurring once again, she handled the issue superbly well, kept me informed and ensured I was able to collect my order the next day from a Fittleworth depot. The service used to be reliable, but sadly I now find it all very worrying.
