Ordering is a hit and miss affair. Sometimes it works, and sometimes not. Customer communication is abysmal to non-existent. It seems people within Fittleworth don't communicate with each other either. Once again, I'm faced with having to call because I have no order confirmation and have only 3 days supply left, this after already sending a number of e-mails and also calling.
