Fittleworths have let me down so often I can't count particularly 2023-24. Before that it was fairly smooth. This recent experience on receiving catheters must be the worst. April 21st ordered via my GP. May 5th still had not arrived. Called. Fittleworths were closed for a whole week until May 8th which included the Bank Holiday. April 21st ordered via my GP. May 5th still had not arrived. Called. Fittleworths were closed for a whole week until May 8th which included the Bank Holiday. They had also promised I could speak to a woman when making enquiries. A small point but that did not happen either. The man I spoke to promised to put me on a minimum special order next day. That did not happen. My GP surgery pharmacist contacted them three times to het it sorted. Nothing happened. I had to stop instillations completely as ran out. Quality of product is good (speedicaths) but getting them hugely difficult.
