My experience with Fittleworth on the whole is good. Ordering the items is done in a number of ways from going to their website - which I find awkward to do on a smartphone where the text is tiny, sending a email order, ordering by the stoma nurse - this is sometimes the best method - and finally by calling Fittleworth directly which can take time and you will be recommended to use their website
My experience with Fittleworth on the whole is good. Ordering the items is done in a number of ways from going to their website - which I find awkward to do on a smartphone where the text is tiny, sending a email order, ordering by the stoma nurse - this is sometimes the best method - and finally by calling Fittleworth directly which can take time and you will be recommended to use their website in busier times. Their courier is good with letting you know when they will be coming and you can have options for time and delivery.. However I find sometimes there are difficulties with prescriptions with Fittleworth having to contact the GP practice to confirm a requested item/s for prescription and this has caused delay in the dispatch of the item/s. So maybe the question is should the order go firstly to the GP practice and then to Fittleworth?
