Review for Fittleworth by stuart

I have been using Fittleworth for around 4 months now and I can honestly say that all the staff that I have spoken with have been attentive, friendly and professional. The main reason for my review is to shout out a member of staff (Muhammad) that went above and beyond. I have been in pain since I developed a hernia underneath a stoma and was waiting a long while for a hernia strap to arrive, once I explained everything to Muhammad he could hear the stress in my voice and to put my mind at rest he decided to contact the company that makes the belts giving them a polite nudge, and as promised he kept me in the loop with updates on this lifesaving strap. Thank you Muhammad for the top class service you offered and totally putting my mind at rest, and importantly I received the strap fairly soon after.
