I really don't like writing negative review and am much more inclined to write positively about great customer service interactions. Unfortunately in case of Fittleworths I have been consistently let down. Provided with false information. Been humiliated and made an example of in front of trainee employees. I really don't like writing negative review and am much more inclined to write positively about great customer service interactions. Unfortunately in case of Fittleworths I have been consistently let down. Provided with false information. Been humiliated and made an example of in front of trainee employees. At one point I was sure they were deliberately withholding products and service. I have never been rude to an employee of the company. Bad people have been poorly trained on systems that are antiquated and need updating. Never have I received an apology for missed or delayed delivery or compensated for deliveries being redirected to different addresses. I could go on. I have to call multiple times each order to ensure that they even deliver at all. It is far too easy to fall through the cracks of terrible service at Fittleworths. I feel awful for those with less agency than myself.
