The products are fine and the order has always been correct when it finally arrived. A major frustration is that the order page of the website does not show when an order has been dispatched. So it is impossible to know when it is likely to arrive. All my previous orders still show “awaiting dispatch” and my current order that I made a week ago is the same. On one occasion I telephoned to find out when my order might arrive, the staff were friendly and helpful but we would all be spared a lot of time and energy if this could be fixed. For me this is the worst aspect of the service. The new website colours are better than the old as contrast between background and print is much clearer and so more user friendly for those with poor sight.
