I switched from Fittleworth to Respond after Fittleworth kept sending me the wrong items. So pleased I switched!

Respond are friendly, professional and all round, lovely people. They get my deliveries out to me if I need them sooner than 10 days and make the whole experience so easy. Really takes the stress out of it. They are based in Wales but Im closer to London – this doesn’t make any
