What a great company. I am a new ostomate and was very confused as to how I went about ordering products. As I live in Wales I initially chose Respond because they too were based in Wales. I definitely made the right choice. Recently I had a problem which left me with one bag, so I contacted Respond and they organised a same day delivery using their own delivery driver. What a great company. I am a new ostomate and was very confused as to how I went about ordering products. As I live in Wales I initially chose Respond because they too were based in Wales. I definitely made the right choice. Recently I had a problem which left me with one bag, so I contacted Respond and they organised a same day delivery using their own delivery driver. Not only did they deliver bags but other essential items too. Nothing is too much trouble and everyone I have spoken to so far has done their utmost to answer my, sometimes, daft questions with the greatest of professionalism but above all friendly.
