I don’t know what has happened lately Respond (Pellican Healthcare) used to be so organised. My prescription was authorised by the GP on the 5th April we are now on the 11th April and they have not dispatched it. Customer services seem to have no idea as to what is going on. I am yet to receive a tracking number from the couriers and supplies are running critically low and will be left hung out

My prescription was authorised by the GP on the 5th April we are now on the 11th April and they have not dispatched it. Customer services seem to have no idea as to what is going on. I am yet to receive a tracking number from the couriers and supplies are running critically low and will be left hung out to dry by the time they have finished messing about - despite giving them so much notice and time when I placed the repeat prescription. No communication from Respond or updates.
