The first order after selecting them was a farce! Order wrong, cutting of bags not done, customer service appalling. I returned all the items. Went to a different supplier, good experience, first order had a stock shortage, which was soon corrected. I have not included any Respond products at my new supplier, so Respond have lost a supply service customer and I will not be ordering ANY of their products!
