I have been with Respond for over six years and have never been let down by them. The staff have always been very friendly and helpful. I always get a one hour slot on the day of delivery.

Now we have to reorder on line I much preferred the monthly contact with a person.I do know however I can contact them at any time.

I've had my stoma for nearly two years and this was the company that my stoma team enrolled me with. They are so helpful and friendly. I am abroad a couple of times a year and they organize extra products to cover my time away. I'm also very lucky to find a pouch that suits my needs and has rarely let me down. They have introduced an automated ordering system recently but the option to speak to a real person is still there. Delivery times are extremely punctual and I am notified of date and time well in advance. Fantastic service.
